Galantis’s debut album ‘Pharmacy‘ has received a lot of attention from both the dance music scene and mainstream play, hitting #1 on the US Billboard Dance/Electronic Album Charts. One of the star tracks, ‘Peanut Butter Jelly‘, has now received its own remix package, with a surprisingly wide array of artists adding their style to the track.

GTA are particularly well-known for their high energy trap style, and this fuses well with the original feel of the track, which is left more or less unchanged. It has an undeniable groove to it, and will no doubt hit summer festivals with a bang.

We get another energetic remix from Genairo Nvilla, who adds tribal drums over the verses and percussive drops to create a polished remix. The self-proclaimed ‘King of Drums’ is back.

Colombian producer Moska works decidedly South American sounds (horn synths and punchy drums are aplenty) into this track, while virtually leaving the verses untouched.

The final remix is from Jacques Lu Cont, otherwise known as Stuart Price, legendary songwriter and producer. Completely apart from the other remixes, this take on Galantis’s hit completely flips the track upside down, with fresh chords, old-school guitar sounds and a healthy dose of groove.

The ‘Peanut Butter Jelly‘ Remixes EP is now available on Beatport.
