Tiësto, Dzeko & Torres Bring Back Gigi D’Agostino’s “L’Amour Toujours”

Well, where do we start? It’s a fresh Tiësto Edit with another melodic throwback.

After taking on the melody from Ashanti’s 2004 track ‘Only U’ in his collaboration with American EDM hotshot duo of The Chainsmokers on ‘Split (Only U)’, which we have reviewed here, Tiesto works with Dzeko & Torres to bring back Italo-dance legend Gigi D’Agostino‘s chart topping song ‘L’Amour Toujours‘.

The trio combine forces with singer and songwriter Delaney Jane, who does wonderfully to recapitulate the lyrics from Gigi’s hit song. The classic melody coupled with the hard hitting sound of today, converts the 1999 Italo-disco dance floor frequenter into a potential banger for festival main stages. Premiered by Dzeko & Torres at EDC Las Vegas, the track has been dished out by Tiesto on majority, if not all, of his main stage sets and continues to see support from the crème de la crème of the mainstream Electronic Dance community.

Packed and sealed for a release on the 8th of September, the preview [below] does very little to satisfy the kick that this one gives!
