To premiere HIIO‘s latest release is humbling in itself. Especially when it’s as loud and proud as this one.

Hailing from Buenos Aires, Ortzy & Nico Hamuy are Argentina’s biggest electronic dance music exports. Emerging onto the scene nearly 4 years ago, HIIO has seen their following and production soar to higher levels. Having had releases on Armada, Musical Freedom and Revealed Recordings, with big feature’s on BBC Radio One, Protocol Radio and Hardwell On Air, it should come as no surprise they’ve commanded stages at Creamfields, Mysteryland, Tomorrowland and Tomorrowland Brasil in the past 2 years.

Renowned for their peak-time, big-room sound, HIIO have also proven themselves in a number of other sub-genre’s. With collaborations such as the monstrous “Good Enough“, and heartwarming progressive “Take Me Home“, remixes like “Bonfire Heart” and recent original material with “Muzik” it’s little wonder they’re in such high demand.

Sticking to their big, pulsating beats, their latest track, “Rolling” delivers something rather special once again. Opening with a building sequence of drums and FX, before giving way to rising melody and vocal riffs, the thunderous drop delivers a massive big-room atmosphere early on. Prompting major crowd exciting and high-octane energy, the transition towards tracks second half see’s HIIO’s accumulated production experience come into it’s own.

With a break down in layers fading into mood-intensifying chords and melodies, the tempo’s increasing rate is led by spurring riffs before giving way emphatically yet another HIIO atmosphere filling drop. It’s safe to say, “Rolling” definitely leaves our raving needs well and truly satisfied – until we hit replay once again.

Better still, your copy of HIIO’s “Rolling” comes as a free download.
