When it was first premiered, Jack U‘s collaboration with Justin Bieber certainly raised some eyebrows, as it was the first time any major dance producer had worked with the Canadian popstar. But since then, the track has dominated the charts worldwide, and has arguably turned JB’s career in a new direction. Earlier this month, we heard the news that ‘Where Are U Now’ had been nominated for the Best Dance Recording at this year’s Grammys, where it was competing with the likes of Galantis and Above & Beyond. And at the 58th Annual Grammy Awards which took place last night, the trio came out on top. Perhaps more surprising is the fact that it is Bieber’s first ever Grammy award, with his last unsuccessful nomination coming back in 2011 for Best New Artist and Best Pop Vocal Album.

The singer posted this tweet to his fans.

However, there was more success to come for Skrillex & Diplo, as they also picked up the award for Best Dance/Electronic Album, putting the icing on the cake for what was an amazing 2015 for the duo.
