Armin Van Buuren announces exclusive Ibiza shows

Trance fans have been patiently waiting to hear whether Armin Van Buuren’s ‘A State of Trance’ will return to Ushuaïa Ibiza this summer. Given the residency at the Ibiza club has proven to be a huge hit with Ibiza goers, it was expected that the trance superstar would reprise his residency at the club for another year.

However, it appears that Armin Van Buuren has something else in store for Ibiza fans this summer. Instead of a weekly residency at Ushuaïa, Armin is set to hit up Ibiza with a select number of exclusive shows at both Ushuaïa and Amnesia. This will give fans the opportunity to experience Armin’s sets at two of the most popular clubs in Ibiza. Armin will play at Cream Amnesia alomgside recent stage collaborators Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike’s Amnesia residency ‘House of Madness’.

Van Buuren’s decision to trade in the steady flow of weekly Ibiza shows for a select number of exclusive performances is most likely the result of his busy touring schedule for his ‘Armin Only Embrace’ world tour. The global tour, directly tied to the release of his sixth full-length artist album, ‘Embrace’, last year is set to bring Van Buuren to some of the most illustrious venues and locations in the world between May 2016 and April 2017. Starting off with the world tour premiere in the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, The Netherlands on May 6th and May 7th.

July 7th, 2016 – Amnesia

July 17th, 2016 – Amnesia

July 29th, 2016 – Ushuaïa

August 14th, 2016 – Amnesia

September 11th, 2016 – Ushuaïa
