Conro has been on the scene intermittently in the last 3 years, with the last 18 months or so seeing a redefining of his sound characterization and the unleashing of some of his mightiest tracks to date.

Bringing a melodic future bass sample, the young Canadian and his intense musical upbringing is more than evident. Including two folk albums, Rock and Roll as well as alternative bands, Conro is certainly experience across the spectrum of modern music beyond the realms of the dance scene. In turn reasoning the element of rock, garage and disco in his current portfolio.

Hailing from Vancouver, his debut track “Axiom” attained an impressive 8th ranking in Beatport electro house charts, kick-starting his current showcasing of production talent that had brought about support from the likes of Porter Robinson, Tommy Trash and Knife Party. Now signed with Dyro’s WOLV Records after a illustrious collaboration with the labels leader, Conro has been enabled to explore not only production but touring, joining the likes of Bassjackers and Wolfgang Gartner on North American tours in front of thousands of fans.

Having released “On My Way Up” on Monstercat early this year, Conro has returned to deliver “City Lights” alongside fellow Canadian, Royal. While not too far from his previous work in sound and format with his “As Long As You Love Me” remix, he manages to craft an atmosphere platform for the vocal delicacy provided. Dark in mood, the harmonic impact of Royal is unavoidable. With a chopped symphony of synths the rhythmic basis of sharp bass and stabs helps uphold the tempo of track creating a soothing yet energizing auditory experience.

And while remaining grounded and living on a chicken farm in his native British Columbia, the rising starlet in the North American seen has arguably added his best creation yet to the 4 tracks under his belt. Enjoy the track below and grab your copy on Beatport or iTunes today!
