After releasing a string of hits on Spinnin’ Records over the past number of months such as last year’s summer anthem The Party and Man Enough, house sensation Joe Stone has started his own monthly radio show the “Sound of Stone” and it’s first episode has just dropped on his Soundcloud.

Featuring an eclectic blend of house music ranging from some more underground groovy house records such as the opening track “Who is He” by Alaia & Gallo and the Emanuel Satie Remix of Spencer K & Matt Sassari’s “Isuly” to the more popular future house tracks such as Toby Green’s “Everytime”. The mix also features a blast from the past tune which is the Daddy’s Grove Magic Island mix of “Falling” by Spit. Closing out with a bang with the jungle classic “Incredible” by M Beat and General Levy which showed off his diversity as a tastemaker and lover of all things dance music.

This truly was a great first mix from Joe Stone and we’re really looking forward to see what else he has to offer for us in the future. This monthly mix is definitely one that we’ll be rinsing in our playlists on repeat until the next one is out.
