Home Uncategorized Zeds Dead premieres massive unreleased Diplo and NGHTMRE tracks

During their monstrous set at Chicago’s Spring Awakening this past weekend, bass heroes Zeds Dead used their headlining spot to premiere two of their upcoming records. Needless to say, they are heavy.

The first of the two is a collaboration with long time friend Diplo. With two successful Diplo and Friends mixes under their belts, and a sound that cohesively blends with Diplo’s electro moombahton, it’s about time the talents join forces. As seen in the video, the clip shows sultry harmonies by vocalist Elle Von tied to a bridge loaded with big drum pickups and high energy bass. The track overall has Zeds signature feel but Diplo’s sound is obviously executed by its overall foundation.

The second, is a super melodic track that strays away from Zeds usual muddy, hard hitting records. This one’s shared with another bass lord, NGHTMRE. From what we’ve seen, the track weighs heavy on its constant interchange of harmonies and towering use of vocals. The drop has an elevated key change and keeps high energy with it’s ongoing complicated synth work and dramatized production flair.
