ATB and his album ‘No Silence’ turned 11 years old earlier this year. And off that LP was one of his biggest and most recognized tracks, “Ecstasy”. Acting as the albums second single, the upbeat tone, crisp layering and distinctive introduction set it apart from the rest of the scene at the time.

Using Tiff Lacey’s harmonic vocals, the anthem featured Jocelyn Enriquez’s track “A Little Bit of Ecstasy” as well. Reflecting the iconic German’s musician-like approach to his production of electronic dance music, ATB’s rankings at 11th and 15th in DJ Magazine’s poll over the years reflected his established status. He was also ranked as world Number 1 in 2011 for ‘The DJ List’.

Perhaps most well known for this track “9 PM (Till I Come)” in his earlier days, and more recently “What About Us” and “Could You Believe“, “Ecstasy” will hold a prominent role in Progressive House’ history. Ever faithful to Kontor Records, ATB is also expected to release another album later this year, set to be titled ‘In Motion’

The track itself has also amassed nearly 30 million views on YouTube, reflecting its status among EDM’s older generations. In turn, also demonstrating the class of ATB’s extended career.
