This Friday in Belgium, the world-renowned Tomorrowland festival commenced its jam-packed three-day event and it certainly lived up to the hype. The anticipation for this grand spectacle has been building up for many months and once Tomorrowland opened up its gates, fans began to rush to the festival’s numerous attractions, especially the newly redesigned main stage.

With a star-studded lineup for its first day, Tomorrowland evidently had a consistent flow of energy from the moment opening DJ’s entered center stage till the astounding fireworks display that ended the gorgeous night. Some notable DJ’s who kicked off the festival with a bang included the likes of Fedde le Grand, Fred Baker, Inpetto, Ben Gold, and Dimitri Vangelis & Wyman.

As the sun began to set, incredible performances from Otto Knows, Shaun Frank, Alan Walker, and Matisse & Sadko were held. Other big names who delivered their sets afterwards include Dannic, Alison Wonderland, Dyro, Marshmello, and of course, the one and only VINAI.

In terms of stages, the Trance Addict stage definitely hosted some mind-blowing sets from the likes of KhoMha, Orjan Nilsen, Gareth Emery, and Aly & Fila. Closing this stage in style, Ferry Corsten performed as his alter ego Gouryella, which was quite an unforgettable show for the trance crowd.

Another stage that caught a lot of attention was the mau5trap vs. Pryda stage in which deadmau5 and Eric Prydz delivered their long-awaited back-to-back live performance. Lastly, the main stage also offered a series of spectacular sets from Galantis, DVBBS, and W&W. Following these three pairs of DJ’s, a trio of legends, David Guetta, Armin van Buuren, and Tiësto, brought together an awe-inspiring show for the gargantuan sea of dance music lovers. Swedish sensation Alesso then closed out Tomorrowland’s main stage with an undeniably impressive performance.

Tomorrowland Belgium continues with Day 2’s colossal lineup that features superstars such as KSHMR, The Chainsmokers, Nicky Romero, Afrojack, and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and you can watch the live stream here. Also, you can check out some of Tomorrowland’s uploaded sets below:
