Zedd collaborates with Hailee Steinfeld and Grey for new single “Starving”

While at the peak of his career, Grammy Award-winning artist Zedd has become heavily involved within the mainstream umbrella of electronic dance music. The Russian-German producer has collaborated with some of the industry’s most renowned names such as Selena Gomez and Ariana Grande, which undoubtedly propelled Zedd toward greater prominence.

After joining forces with those superstars, Zedd is back with yet another massive collaboration and this time, he teams up with 19-year-old American singer Hailee Steinfeld and upcoming duo Grey for the pop-influenced song titled “Starving”. With Steinfeld’s striking vocals meshing impeccably with Zedd and Grey’s instrumentals, this new record seems to be the best of both worlds and it should definitely not come as a surprise if “Starving” hits the radio airwaves soon.

The song begins with a series of mellow acoustic guitars that perfectly blend with Steinfeld’s voice. Following this lovely sequence, a minimal future bass drop then enters, which consists of similar elements from Zedd’s recent release with Aloe Blacc called “Candyman”. Overall, with its charming sounds and top-notch production level, this collaboration is an absolute must-hear tune that will likely become a chart-topping single in the next couple of months.
