On 23rd September Calvin Harris made his debut at the iconic Apple Music Festival. The set featured some of his newest releases as well as some of the classics, with an epic laser show and stunning visuals, this performance did not disappoint.

Calvin Harris’ sets are always energetic, and something he is known for is his ability to cause a huge crowd reaction, creating mayhem wherever he goes. Opening with his smash hit ‘Sweet Nothing‘ featuring Florence and The Machine, it wasn’t long before the crowd were singing along loudly to the easily recognizable lyrics. The performance was brought to a close with Calvin’s latest single, ‘My Way‘, released 16th September. This track features Harris’ own vocals, and like most of his other releases, was received positively by fans and critics.

Originally known as the iTunes Festival, the Apple Music festival occurs yearly during the month of September. The festival gives fans the chance to enter a ballot in order to win tickets and see their favourite artists for free. Many iconic electronic music acts have performed at the festival over the years, including Swedish House Mafia in 2011, deadmau5 in 2012, and Disclosure in 2015. The performances are livestreamed globally, and can be watched using iTunes, but require an Apple Music subscription.
