A prolific name within Israel’s dance music scene, Mantrastic and his studio productivity is one that captivates his loyal audience. And his latest work alongside budding Israeli talent Jake Hunter has continued the trend furthermore.

Now on the radars of artists and industry leaders across the globe, Mantrastic has proven his worth as a producer, disk-jockey and label owner. A regular feature on global podcast’s with his productions, tracks such as “I Need You” and “Raylight” helped elevate his status beyond his homeland. Securing a series of high Beatport charting’s, his recent collaboration with fellow-Israeli act Teamworx, “Ritual”, demonstrated his creative prowess once again.

With support from the likes of Cedric Gervais, Fedde Le Grand, Matisse & Sadko, Swanky Tunes and W&W throughout his career, he also worked alongside the reputed dance music icon John Christian earlier this year. Played at the likes of Tomorrowland, he has also helped nurture further talent through his label Overbind Recordings, which has already received attention from the likes of Hardwell and Above & Beyond.

Kick-starting a self-proclaimed new chapter, Mantrastic’s recruitment of Jake Hunter has reaped rewards. Premiered by Dannic at Fonk Recordings, their infectious remix of Polina’s track “Little Babylon” has gathered support from the likes of Blasterjaxx, Yves V and The Chainsmokers to name a few.

Bringing a Lana Del Ray essence to the vocal layer, the groovy underlay helps develop a rich composition. Carrying with it an artistic disjoint of beat and rhythm early on, the track accumulates momentum smoothly before a thumping deep house offering. Connected through the haunting vibes of Polina’s voice, the inferior plucky melodies provide real character to the remix.
