Mako announce highly anticipated debut album

Alex Seaver and Logan Light have come a long way and achieved success for their balmy, melodic productions under their moniker Mako. The duo made their debut in early 2013 with the single “Beam” featuring Angel Taylor, whereas the song got remixed two years later by Dannic and created the first hype around the them.

While “Beam” created buzz for Mako, their collaborative effort  “Children Of The Wild”  alongside Swedish heavyweight  Steve Angello, catapulted them not only into higher spheres, but also into the charts. Since then, the duo has released the singles “Smoke Filled Room”, “Way Back Home” and “Into The Sunset” and created an even bigger anticipation for a potential debut studio album.

After much aspiration from their fans, Mako has finally announced that their debut album titled “Hourglass” is finnished and set for release for December 9th . Their most recent track, “Into The Sunset”, was an emotional journey of a record with inspiration coming from numerous genres such as indie electronic and progressive house. And if their earlier efforts serve as any indication of what’s to come, fans can expect classic Mako sound with poignant finish, which injects the warm and soulful touch of two of the industry’s most outstanding and talented producers at the moment.
