MR.BLACK & Wasback – Magic

Ever present within the European scene, Israeli DJ/Producer MR.BLACK is returning to Hardwell’s reputed label, delivering collaborative gold. This time teaming up with Italian starlet Wasback, the Tel-Aviv local demonstrates his esteemed class alongside emerging flare once again.

Irrefutably one of the Middle East’s finest electronic music exports he has rubbed shoulders with some of the industry’s biggest names. Laying claim to extensive support from the likes of Hardwell, R3hab, Ummet Ozcan and Chuckie for his studio work, MR.BLACK has ascended the status ranking within Europe consistently over the past couple of years. Embodied by the success of his collaboration with WAO for “Hu Ha”, his portfolio keeps on giving.

Gaining features on Martin Garrix and VINAI podcasts already, Wasback’s track “Shots Fired” is nearing 200,000 plays in under two months. Previously under the alias of Renegade, the Italian has had releases on Protocol Recordings also with his track “Memories“. Gaining support from elite names such as Deniz Koyu, Tom Swoon and Morgan Page, his is certainly headed in an upward direction.

Titled “Magic”, the collaboration brings another crafted progressive piece to the portoflio of Hardwell’s label. Characterized by a roaring introductory sequence, the real energy kick-starts at the cue of mastered FX use. Plucky guitar strings overlap with echoed chords, before being elevated in tempo by the flurry of drums underneath. Rising to a fused progression, the classy vocal flicks and melodic quirks bring an air of professional perfection.
