Lane 8 dazzles in after hours mix

2016 has been a fantastic year for DJ/Producer Daniel Goldstein, better known to the world as Lane 8. He’s been behind some of the biggest tracks of the year including the astonishing Fingerprint and has recently started his own label and clubbing concept entitled This Never Happened which is focused on bringing club culture back to its roots and has a strict no phone policy on the dance floor to preserve the purity of clubbing.

Having gained a large amount of attention this year, Lane 8 has been invited onto Pete Tong’s legendary Friday night show on Radio 1 this past weekend to provide the after-hours mix. The tracklist is an insight into Lane 8’s recent productions, and also features a number of tracks from producers he’s been inspired by such as Eric Prydz’s Cirez D alter-ego and the iconic Radiohead. The mix blurs the lines between progressive and deep house as well as shades of techno providing an all round cracking mix.
