In what has been undoubtedly touted as the most awaited comeback of 2017 already, Arty has rewound us back in time to his Alpha 9 alter-ego. To put it into perspective, Arty last release under his progressive-house moniker was in the shape of ‘Come Over’ in 2010 on Premier. What’s more is the fact that ‘Come Over‘ was just his second ever release under the Alpha 9 moniker – the first was the scintillating and euphoric release titled ‘Bliss‘ on Aleph Recordings. Returning to the charts under this alter-ego after 7 years with his latest release ‘The Night Is Ours’, Arty looks to recapture the minds of the fans who had awaited this moment for a long time.

Honed under the likes of Enhanced Music, Armada Music, and Anjunabeats, Arty needs no other certification for the quality of his production as more often than not, he lets the music make the best case for it. His latest release as Alpha 9 is no different. Contrary to the titles that today’s dance music tracks do brandish, ‘The Night Is Ours’ particularly casts itself as a track that is apt for a late night drive through the city. The periodic detailing, sinking melody and infectious beat-work that embody the track are indicators for what 2017 may hold for Arty’s output as a whole. With another Alpha 9 set to come out in the following weeks on Anjunabeats Volume 13, it looks like that the year may hold many more pleasant surprises than we had previously expected.

The track is up for a quick purchase through Armind on Beatport here!
