Martin Garrix rejected nightclub entry due to breaking the dress code

Home Uncategorized Martin Garrix rejected nightclub entry due to breaking the dress code

Martin Garrix has recently revealed that he was turned away from a nightclub in Dumfries, Scotland. Despite his celebrity status, the bouncers (security) at the door refused the Dutch DJ and producer entry at the nightclub due to what he was wearing (which was a pair of jogging pants) and so supposedly “broke” the dress code.

Martin Garrix broke the news to the public in an interview with MTV after filming a music video for his Dua Lipa collaboration ‘Scared To Be Lonely’. Martin Garrix revealed the following about the whole situation:

We shot it in Scotland, in Dumfries and Calvin Harris is from there so I asked him, ‘Where can I go out in Dumfries?’ and he was like, ‘Don’t go out there!’ But we found a good spot and we partied so it was good. Oh and I didn’t get into the first club actually ’cause I was wearing jogging pants so we went to the place next door!

With the music video for ‘Scared To Be Lonely’ now finished, we can expect this to come out to the world relatively soon, so stay tuned for the next couple of months to hear more about this!
