Dutch superstar DJ Ferry Corsten has finally released his superb new concept album, “Blueprint”, that has been in the works for over one and a half years now. Showcasing his creativity, passion and energy through the album’s very own storyline, the 17 track album takes listeners on a journey beyond music, moving from melodic anthems to dance floor fillers, as well as a broad array of both instrumentals and vocal tracks. Adding to his impressive catalogue of productions, this album is just the latest chapter in an illustrious career, but it’s here to change the game.

Rarely do we see such consistent quality throughout an album.  Ferry Corsten has made it his priority to make this album be one cohesive unit, with each track contributing equally to the overall story that the artist has created. The album is a tribute to Sci-Fi, and features references to all the eccentricities of Science Fiction, dating from early fan fascination all the way to current sci-fi trends such as “Stranger Things” and “Westworld”.

Blueprint is an explorative piece of work that puts sci-fi at its interstellar core. Hollywood actor, Campbell Scott (known for The Amazing Spider-Man and The Exorcism of Emily Rose), lends his voice and is the narrative of the album. A unique and wildly creative expedition, Ferry attempts to bring a wider perspective to the listener with what is likely to be his most personal piece of art to date. Blueprint is truly an explorative new age journey and one which Ferry Corsten is finally excited to be sharing with his faithful fans!

Overall, this album has been worth the long wait that fans have endured, and is sure to be a roaring success. Pairing with the release of “Blueprint”, Ferry announced a Blueprint world tour coming soon. 2017 is looking increasingly like it will be the year of Ferry Corsten. Stream the album in full below.
