Always one to innovate, few DJs in world music can excite fans right now in the way American producer KSHМR can. The ‘Dharma’ star, who was recently hailed as one of the leading artists in world music right now by Spinnin’ Records CEO Eelko van Kooten in an exclusive We Rave You interview, has now taken to Twitter to announce his latest work.

KSHМR, real name Niles Hollowell-Dhar, revealed the news to his fans, promising something ‘very different’ to his previous work, also stating he was working with Psytrance duo Vini Vici on the latest release.

The Californian DJ, who is perhaps best-known for his collaboration with dance giant Tiësto on 2015 monster hit ‘Secrets’ has made rapid movements within the industry over the past few years. First releasing his widely praised ‘The Lion Across The Field’ EP in 2016, before going on to support Axwell Λ Ingrosso at Ushuaïa Ibiza last summer, and climbing to 12th in DJ Mag’s infamous Top 100 DJs list.

Having already teased a new collaboration with Tiësto at Ultra Music Festival in Miami back in March, and a team-up with Hardwell via Instagram, 2017 looks set to be a year jam-packed full of new KSHМЯ music!

On another note, progressive trance maestros Vini Vici will be taking over the magical island of Cyprus for a special performance with legendary psytrance act Skazi at one of Europe’s biggest beach clubs. If you’re in the area, make sure you won’t miss ‘Guaba Summer Carnival’ on July 2nd. More information & tickets can be found here.
