Since it’s premiere at Coachella, Martin Garrix‘s collaboration with fellow youngster Troye Sivan has been catching the attention of both artists’ enormous international followings, as fans waited in eager anticipation of the track’s release. Well, the day has finally come, as today “There For You” is released across all major platforms. Garrix has been experimenting with a more commercial future-bass style over the past 12 months, resulting in his music being recognised on a even greater scale following the success of “In The Name of Love” and “Scared To Be Lonely” – and this latest single looks set to propel his fame to new heights in a similar fashion. Having joined Martin on stage a number of times in the build up to the track’s release, Troye Sivan is a musical prodigy in his own right, and the teenager has grown into a truly global contemporary pop phenomenon over the past few years.
“There For You” is destined to be flooding radio airwaves over the upcoming summer season, with Sivan’s incredibly catchy vocals dominating throughout. Underpinned by a trap beat, we can hear Garrix’s influence shine through with his use of chopped vocals and booming bass line. Perfect for a chilled pool party, the track is also sure to go down a treat on a packed dance floor. Overall, “There For You” is yet another home run hit for Martin Garrix.
Accompanying the single, the pair recently shot a scenic music video alongside the backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, where Garrix recently performed three sold out gigs. Check out the music video in full below, and grab your copy through STMPD Records.
