deadmau5 to headline Sensation Australia

Ever since Dutch entertainment company ID&T announced an Australian edition of Sensation, Aussie fans have been going bananas! This will be the festival’s inaugural appearance down under since its inception in 2000. Despite the fact that no official lineup has been announced, EDM giant deadmau5 has been announced as the festival’s 1st headliner. To make things even better for Aussie fans, Dutch superpowers Showtek have also been announced.

Canadian native deadmau5 is riding high on the success of his 8th studio album W:/2016ALBUM/ and his worldwide tour. He will return to Australian shores for the first time in 3 years packing what’s being hyped as an “epic, highly anticipated set”.

Sensation will be the first large-scale EDM festival to grace Australian shores since Stereosonic and Future Music Festival‘s departures in 2015. Australian fans have been festival deprived ever since, and are yearning for a festival to arrive. As well as Sensation’s arrival in Sydney in November, Melbourne fans will have the honour of hosting a Road To Ultra event in February 2018.
