RL Grime – Stay For It (feat. Miguel)

Henry Steinway, better know as RL Grime, just released one of the biggest singles from his upcoming album entitled Nova. The future-bass and trap influenced track  “Stay For It” features singer Miguel and sets the stage for what should be a dominating summer for the American DJ. The song marks only Grime’s second official release of 2017, following “Reims” released in early May along with “Waiting” that was released way back in November with Skrillex and What So Not.

“Stay For It” features some incredibly standout vocals from R&B legend Miguel and progresses into a powerful drop that you are definitely going to want to hear live. The song is crafted so perfectly and crisply, which further proves how talented RL Grime has been over the entire course of his career. The melody and breakdown in the second verse tied in with the already euphoric lyrics have to be one of the main highlights of the track as it is absolutely mind-numbing to listen to.

The Nova album will also be accompanied by a major North American tour that just received 15 dates for its phase one announcement. The tour takes place starting in October so we should expect the album’s release to come by the end of summer at the latest. The first two singles, however, have already built an insurmountable level of hype for both the album and tour so it should be an exciting next few months for fans as RL Grime continues the rollout.
