The second weekend of this year’s Tomorrowland has just commenced and Friday, July 28, featured a star-studded lineup across all stages. In particular, the main stage saw some awe-inspiring performances from the likes of Kaskade, Afrojack, Axwell Λ Ingrosso, and DJ Snake, who had the honor of closing the night.

Another one of the more memorable live sets of the day was by the one and only Nicky Romero. Known for his energy-filled performances, the Dutch DJ has yet again put together a monumental show at one of the world’s biggest music festivals. Especially with the premiere of several new music, the massive crowd at Tomorrowland was surely left surprised.

Romero kicked off his set with his brilliant edit of Trilane and Yaro‘s “Miss Out“. Afterwards, the Protocol Recordings head honcho unveiled his upcoming collaboration with Tel Aviv’s most promising talents Teamworx. Entitled “Champion“, this track presented a heavy punch that delivered a vast amount of energy to the crowd. With its electrifying sounds, this record will undoubtedly become a hit and will dominate any festival in the future.

Throughout his set, he also played his unreleased production with Florian Picasso and his new track unofficially titled as “General“. He also presented his recently released tune “Sober” with Cheat Codes and edit of SWACQ‘s “Love“. Additionally, Romero also took the audience to a trip down memory lane with his classics such as “I Could Be the One” alongside Avicii and “Toulouse“.
