Martin Garrix teases his unbelievable Tomorrowland closing ID “Pizza”

Martin Garrix has probably had the best year so far out of the majority of people on this planet. He’s released four chart-topping singles, dominated just about every festival this summer and was even featured in a recent Armani fashion campaign. Now, the world’s number one DJ at just 21 years young is looking to build upon his hot streak as he teases his upcoming single “Pizza” that he previewed in a recent Ibiza video. If you don’t remember, Garrix absolutely shut down the Tomorrowland main stage during the second weekend with the mesmerizing ID that had the entire music world talking.

While “Pizza” may not be most people’s first choice for the title of a song that elicits such emotion, Garrix gave an understandable answer when replying to a fan who had asked saying, “when I eat pizza it’s also an epic moment.” The single features one of those timeless melodies that brings back nostalgia from tracks such as “Reload,” “Calling,” or “In My Mind.” The drop features a kick similar to that of his free download “Poison” a couple years back, but “Poison” does not even come remotely close to the greatness that “Pizza” is about to bring upon us. While it may not be as radio-friendly as Martin Garrix’s previous singles such as “There For You” or “Scared To Be Lonely,” it will absolutely infiltrate its way into countless DJ sets and is primed to be one of his top all time tracks.
