Eric Prydz teases his return to old alter ego Tonja Holma

Whether you know him as Eric Prydz, Cirez D or Pryda, there is no denying that the Swedish producer has always had the incredible ability to deliver both quality and quantity in abundance. And with it becoming increasingly common for artists to explore alter egos as they delve into new genres that may not fit with their already established brand, it seems that Prydz has taken this to the extreme by returning to yet another of his old aliases – Tonja Holma. With some of his biggest ID’s still remaining locked up in his vault of unreleased music, this alias has been credited for some of his finest work.

Prydz posted an Instagram story recently alongside the caption “Soon..” with a snippet of an unreleased track. From the distinctive sound of the preview, it appears that Eric is returning to his old alter ego on which he produced tracks such as ‘Trippleton’, ‘Spanish Delight’ and ‘Bern’ – none of which had official released but appeared in a number of Prydz’s online mixes and live sets.

As we look forward to new music from the esteemed producer, lets relive some of the sounds of Tonja Holma in anticipation of what is to come.
