The 2018 Grammy Award nominations for 2018 have just been revealed, and UK duo Camelphat are among the select few to score the coveted nomination for Best Dance Recording of the year with their smash hit ‘Cola’. Known fondly as the ‘track of the summer’, Cola is truly one-of-a-kind, instantly catching the ears of many with its simple no-nonsense bassline and an incredibly catchy vocal hook from Elderbrook. The track made massive rounds in DJ sets worldwide, and became the highlight of this year’s Ibiza season.

Camelphat are up against legendary acts on this forthcoming year’s nomination, going head-to-head with Gorillaz, Bonobo, LCD Soundsystem, and Odesza for the Best Dance Recording category.

Racking up over 200k in sales and streams in the UK alone since its release in June, ‘Cola’ has won multiple awards, including the DJ Award for Track of the Season. The track has also achieved the number one most-sold track on Beatport this year, with Camelphat also being the highest selling artist on Beatport as well.
