Undoubtedly the biggest dance track of 2017, ‘Cola’ smashed dancefloors worldwide last summer, becoming an instant Ibiza anthem in the process, and featuring across the stages of many worldwide festivals, including Tomorrowland, Creamfields, and many more.

Laced with a sexy hook, and singer and producer Elderbrook’s rich vocals, the CamelPhat production stole the heart of producers globally, with several remixes since following from esteemed artists such as Robin Schulz. But the latest reworking is perhaps the most innovative of them all, with the mysterious producer ZHU lacing the production with his typically dark and brooding tone, adding grit to the glossy original.

At almost 6 minutes long, the track not only contains a real after-hours bassline, but also features brand new lyrics, with fit perfectly with the jazzy feel of the piece. Nominated for a prestigious Grammy Award, Cola has become one of the most iconic dance tracks of all time, with the ZHU remix out now on DEFECTED Records via Big Beat and Atlantic.

Set for many tech-house sets, and 5am club-floors, you can check out ZHU‘s wacky and original mix below, and let us know your thoughts in the comments below and across the official We Rave You social media channels.
