After months of teasing his new album, Guatemalan-born DJ/Producer Carnage has finally spilled the beans after he recently took to Twitter to announce ‘Battered, Bruised & Bloody‘s release on March 2nd. His first album, ‘Papi Gordo‘ featured artists such as KSHMRTimmy TrumpetMigos and Rick Ross and peaked at #1 on Billboard‘s Top Dance/Electronic Albums chart, leaving his sophomore album with big shoes to fill.

While Papi Gordo didn’t elaborate on the details of his new album, it is expected that ‘Battered, Bruised & Bloody’ will be spearheaded by recent singles ‘i Shyne‘ with ‘Gucci Gang‘ writer, Lil Pump and ‘learn How To Watch‘ with Mac Miller and MadeinTYO. ‘i Shyne’ with Lil Pump, which dropped last week, has already amassed over 6 million views on Youtube, while ‘Learn How To Watch’ has over 2 million views.

After teasing the idea of switching to Techno last year, the 27-year-old appears to be sticking to his signature Trap/Hip-Hop sound, as ‘Battered Bruised & Bloody’ will serve as the follow up to last year’s joint project with Young Thug called ‘Young Martha‘, which featured an appearance from Meek Mill. In addition to this, Carnage also teamed up with G-Eazy last Spring, for another joint EP called ‘Step Brothers‘.
