JVNK – This House

Whilst JVNK may not be a name that many dance music fans immediately recognise, he is certainly a rising talent who is slowly but surely breaking ground in the industry. With his fresh and unique take on trap music, he is back with his brand new single ‘This House’. This latest track marks his first release in two years, and the improvements in both his production and creativity are evident throughout. And although little is known about the rising talent based in Arizona, with more tracks like this he is definitely one to keep an eye out for in the future.

On this occasion, he kicks things off with a laidback trap beat, underpinned by some heavy bass house elements, before switching things up with a more uptempo, energetic rhythm. The addictive basslines and staggering trap sounds create a track that has just the right amount of punch to get any dance floor moving. Maintaining the same intensity, the concluding drop ensues in similar fashion with stifling bass stabs and crashing cymbals adding to the overall quality of the track. And with more releases planned for 2018, JVNK is showing no signs of slowing down.
