Ekali & ZHU – Blame (NGHTMRE Remix)

Ekali and ZHU‘s bold collaboration ‘Blame‘ has received a hard-hitting remix by none other than American DJ/Producer Tyler Marenyi, a.k.a NGHTMRE. The 27-year old is starting off the year right as he begins his world tour, where he’ll play at some of the world’s biggest venues this year, including Hakkasan, Omnia, various Lollapalooza dates in South America and Ultra Miami.

Tyler preserves the original’s scintillating melodies and ZHU’s velvety vocals while amping the track up with a percussive crescendo, that finishes with resounding basslines and soul-shaking synths. The remix is a menacing, shadowy cousin of the original track, more suited to club-goers and head-bangers in the festival circuit.

Tyler has taken his spot as one of the leading bass producers in the scene through his meticulously earth-shattering productions and equally electrifying live performances. He has been ubiquitous for the past several years through a slew of successful releases. In the last month, he was ranked as Beatport’s #1 Trap/Future Bass artist, thanks to tracks such as ‘Another Dimension‘ with Dillon Francis and ‘No Coming Down‘ with Alex Wiley and Sky Montique.
