Jakob Trice – Your Groove

Making his debut on Protocol Recordings 10 months back, talented Swedish producer/DJ Jakob Trice fires up the engines and returns to Nicky Romero’s imprint with ‘Your Groove‘. Released alongside his other production ‘Ogein‘, Jakob serves up his double act and joins the likes of Maximals and FaderX to complete the 8-track-strong EP ‘Protocol Vibes – Miami 2018‘. Building on his catalogue of tracks, Jakob has a firm grasp on the electronic music ladder as he bids to rise up the ranks with his signature sound.

A testament to Jakob’s unique production ability, ‘Your Groove’ is a refreshing inhale of energising beats and groovy synths that unanimously blend, chop, and cut with rhythmic prowess. Easy work on the vocals makes sure full attention can be paid to the wobbly basslines and bold piano chords.
