Lighting Director amplifies Swedish House Mafia return rumours

Home Uncategorized Lighting Director amplifies Swedish House Mafia return rumours

Adding to the never ending rumour mill loaded with twists and turns, the relentless buzz regarding Swedish House Mafia’s triumphant return to Ultra Music Festival receives a new promising update. Just days before the landmark festival begins, a man by the name of Charly Bendenoun divulges some juicy news.

Broadcasting Swedish House Mafia return news is quite popular at the moment, and never taken lightly (if it’s credible). Fans, artists, and the whole dance scene have been following what seems like a roller coaster of updates teetering from yes to no constantly. So let’s take a step back and analyze what we have this time. Charly Bendenoun is a recognized lighting artist who has worked with Axwell, Carl Cox, Tiësto, and others. His post online reads “They will be back next weekend at Ultra Miami (except the 4th left in the picture).”

We can that add that to a similar sounding post from a man named Danilo Lewis who also declared “Closing headliner for Ultra is exactly who everyone already knows it is…”. This tweet has since been removed, you can find the screenshot below.

Steve Angello replied to a fan a week ago saying how he will not be playing at Ultra this year. However as well all know, Angello said “he”, which can allude to the possibility that he could be playing alongside some fellow colleagues, Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso perhaps?

Coupling that with former manager Amy Thomson making indirect comments on twitter, we were left scratching our heads. A month or two ago, it was anybody’s guess when deciding if SHM would be playing this year’s historic Ultra Music Festival or not. Now, here we are with 5 days to go, and many signs are pointing towards what could be one of the most awaited events for the dance music industry in the past 10 years.
