20-year-old Italian DJ/Producer Alessandro Didonato, a.k.a Wasback is ‘rising again’ with his latest single, out now on Maxximize Records. ‘Rise Again‘ marks his first release on the label since ‘Shudder‘ back in July last year.
Showcasing excellent production skills at the ripe young age of 20, Wasback’s work isn’t going unnoticed, thanks to the support of his mentors, Blasterjaxx. Possessing the same successful traits from his previous hit songs, ‘Rise Again’s calming breaks, filled with delicate female vocals and ascending wobble synths seamlessly transition to the epic, hard-hitting drops that festival crowds know and love.
When asked about how the track came to fruition, Alessandro explained the following:
“After doing a few EDM stuff, I got lots of requests from my fans to do another Progressive tune, so around October, I started working on this one and after I finished the instrumental, I started looking for a good voice. Then after Drew finished, we presented it to Blasterjaxx who really liked it.”
After earning his stripes with his mainstage-anthem ‘Let It Go‘ with M35, Alessandro followed up with other hit tracks such as ‘Wait For The Night‘ with Rivero and Suyano, ‘Shudder‘ and ‘Flight 49‘, which even saw a Blasterjaxx edit. Remarkably enough, each of the 3 tracks each reached the top 10 in Beatport’s Big Room chart.
