One of the most sought-after ID’s from Ultra Music Festival this year has just received it’s official release. For us it has been a long time coming, a very long time in fact, but thankfully it’s finally here.
Chris Avantgarde is a new comer to the EDM spotlight. With Jazz roots, the German producer transitioned to electronic music and has not looked back, releasing his versatile works on labels such as Dirtybird, with his track “The Good Old Days” receiving support and air-time from Annie Mac on Radio 1. SIZE Records head-honcho Steve Angello is no stranger to discovering new, high-quality talent, so it only seems right that Avantgarde’s latest production should be signed to the label.
Composed of drum patterns and drawn out synths, the ominous build up brings nostalgic memories and flashbacks of arguably one of the finest eras in big-room House music, the 90’s. Joined emphatically by one of the greatest melodic progression’s this year, the track tantalisingly develops into the climax of Avantgarde’s artistic build up with punchy basslines intertwined with numerous layers to create something capable of having every listeners senses heightened and fully engaged.
