Home Events The Official Recap To “Holy Ship!” Just Docked

When unique festival experiences come to mind, people often think of festivals on land. But when a festival takes place on a boat between the sun-soaked Miami and the Bahamas, it’s a whole new wave of uniqueness.

The Recap Video not only delivers the festival soundtracks and party scenes, it also shows the entire experience of the festival. With a cruise ship being it’s own little world of amenities, such as theaters, pools, lounges, bedrooms, kitchens etc. it’s hard not to get a little jealous of the whole experience. With outrageous and comical outfits and costumes, varying DJ venues throughout the ship and a party atmosphere encapsulated out at sea and on the nearby beach setting, it’s nearly impossible not to have the time of your life.

The ‘point-of-view’/’fly-on-the-wall’ approach taken in the video, let’s the experience come to you, giving a tiny sample of the festival reality. The combination of humour blended with the range of atmosphere from the entire festival gives a rounded portrayal of Holy Ship!, something that reflects it’s status as an alternative to a standard festival.

Going from night club scenes to sun-lounging clips, and featuring interaction from  artists such as Galantis, Tommy Trash, Skrillex, Fat Boy Slim, DJ Snake, Laidback Luke, the caliber of line-up from the two 4-day events is certainly high up there. And with appearances from the likes of Rudimental, Green Velvet, Ty Dolla $sign, Flume and Gorgon City amongst others, the festival aims to cater for nearly every fan of modern music.

With the ludicrous atmosphere and actions complimented by the range of music on offer, the Recap Video really does wrap up the entire Holy Ship! experience in 9 minutes. And with bookings already on offer, there is no doubt 2016 will be no different in the levels of madness and fun.
