After the release of the mesmerizing official video, featuring Gigi Hadid, Calvin Harris & Disciples have dropped the remix package for their hit single. And we’re not complaining at all.

After such a big recent thread of activity for both artists relatively, with Harris coming off the back of “18 Months” huge success, and the Disciples burst onto the scene and into the UK Top 40 with “They Don’t Know”, one of the tracks of the summer was always a possibility with this collaboration.

Starting the list rather ironically is Calvin Harris’ remix with frequent collaborator R3hab. Opting towards their signature big-room sound, the tracks deeper soul is replaced with a high-tempo drop, suited for the festival scene. While the lyrical meaning and mood is lost in this version of the track, you still can’t help but imagine tens of thousands of festival-goers jumping in unison to it.

Second on the list is Chris Lake’s remix. Harris’ fellow Scotsman is based in LA nowadays, however his catalogue of material reflect the travelled and lengthy career he’s already had. Maintaining the deeper sound and construction of the track, Lake applies a large amount of vocal mixing, with riffs and loops. Retracting some of the tracks energy with a piano layer between progressive kicks, the remix takes on a groovier vibe, while managing to stay within the deep genre spectrum.

Rounding out the package is the Disciples remix of their track with Unorthodox. Mirroring Harris’ move to remix their own song, the Londoners are able to bring more of their signature style to the track. Joined by fellow Brit Unorthdox, the mix takes a longer format, with small crescendo’s and longer airplay for the layers and segments. Going for the deepest sound of the 3 remixes, the track carries the British vibe for slower, deeper, quality tracks.
