Deadmau5 Praises Eric Prydz and hints at collaboration
Deadmau5 has seemingly been in our news-feeds for the ‘wrong’, controversial reasons recently. While his opinion is infamous for being honest and bluntness (especially after his recent exchange with Skrillex) it seems their is one fellow artist who can tickle his fancy. And who else other than Eric Prydz?
Taking to Twitter, the charismatic American changed his tone, and trolling direction, taking the time to express his appreciation for Prydz’ recent release “Opus“, claiming it is an example of ‘real’ music for once.
holy crap! nice job on Opus there errrk. thank god i can count on you for actualy music. 🙂 @ericprydz very inspiring.

love how the melody of Opus doesnt really resolve…. reminds me very much of Sébastien Tellier – La Ritournelle. clever music.

Who would’ve thought Joel could be so nice! And better still hints of their overdue collaboration have come straight from the music maestro’s themselves…
.@deadmau5 thanx man 🙂 we should give in soon and make one together. Let me know when that studio is done!

Deadmau5 also went onto Instagram to show the coming together of his new studio – a possible hint at the location their collaboration may take place?
