Ruby Rose Calls Out Haters On Facebook

Orange is the New Black star, Ruby Rose has been a trending topic of discussion for many dance music lovers because of a new movement of celebrities wanting to get into the beautiful profession of disc jockey. Names like Shaquille O’Neal (aka. DJ Diesel), Justin Bieber and Paris Hilton getting into DJing got a wave of hate on social networks, and Ruby Rose was not an exception.

Recently, Mrs. Rose got her hands on the keyboard and answered to all the hate comments on a single Facebook post. What is true, and has been stipulated by many music listeners, is that many women in the scene are sadly used as a sex symbol and get way more attention from the male audience. But don’t get me wrong, there are obviously exceptions where talent is the main attraction to the female DJ, take techno pioneer Nicole Moudaber as an example. What’s true as well is that Ruby Rose is no newcomer to DJing, and she knows her stuff about dance music.
