Ultra Singapore‘s debut in 45 days already has its continental fans at tipping point. The prospect of Ultra Worldwide, arguably the worlds premiere music festival spanning continents, countries and borders, setting up camp in one of the worlds most dynamic and vibrant cities, is a prospect that would get anyone excited.

With the announcement of its line-up, comes the next wave of hype around the inaugural festival. Featuring 3 of the most popular DJ’s in world, Saturday 19th September looks set to be one of the biggest weekends in Singapore this year. If not this decade. Taking place during the Formula One race weekend, one of the most prestigious and exclusive races on the circuit, residents are spoilt for international entertainment.

Combining Skrillex, Alesso and Nicky Romero as headliners at Ultra Singapore’s first edition reflects the intent for the event to become a staple in the regions festival calender. Joined by further international acts such as Ansolo, Skrillex’s OSWLA label mate Mija and Ale Mora, the festival has also brought in regional talent Rave Republic, reflecting the fostering vision Ultra has for electronic artists. With over 2 millions attendee’s worldwide, Ultra’s ability to draw the biggest names in all industries reflects its world-leading status.

The thousands of adoring fans can expect a stellar experience, with Sands Expo and Convention Centre in the world famous Marina Bay Sands, hosting the inaugural edition. As a leading and dynamic destination in Asia, it features 2,560 hotel rooms and suites, the rooftop Sands SkyPark, one of the best shopping malls in Asia, world-class restaurants, two theaters and a world-class museum –  There’s plenty more than just Ultra Singapore to interest and tempt you to make the trip on the 19th September.

Road to Ultra’s continuing ability to draw crowds originating for all corners of the globe has all involved hoping the event will further strengthen Singapore’s reputation as Asia’s entertainment destination. Alexander Chew, the Executive Producer and Partner of Ultra Singapore, also seems to be nearing his anticipation levels. Early bird tickets sold out in a record breaking 21 minutes, helping fuel big expectations for one of the newest events on the ever-growing Ultra calender.
