ZHU Launches “Genesis Series” with Skrillex & A-Trak

Does anyone remember how ZHU came mysteriously out of the shadows? One second he was nowhere to be seen and the next he dropped his Grammy nominated hit song, “Faded”. Using exactly the same technique, ZHU has launched his new music project titled ‘Genesis Series’.

Fans can take part of ZHU’s new music venture by going to this site and submitting their email address. The landing page reveals a pattern of letters, showing an array of names including Skrillex, A-Trak and Aluna George, so we can only speculate that these are artists that ZHU is dropping new music with. Once you enter your email, you’ll be informed which number you are and you will land on a page showing a morphing into a human face ZHU logo and an option to share the website via Facebook, Twitter or Email.

Is ZHU creating a community to communicate with his fans easier or is this just a smart marketing trick? We can only wait and see.
