The duo of Matt van
The duo of Matt van Toth and Julio Mejia, known to fans as GTA, are about to take the United States by storm with their ‘Goons Take America’ tour. Featuring the likes of K Camp, Sweater Beats, Wax Motif, and Rich the Kid, the tour will be hitting 16 cities over the month of November to spread their “death to genres” ideology.
GTA has long been a favorite here, leaping onto the scene with their ‘Boy Oh Boy’ collaboration with Diplo. This year, they have produced one of the most popular EPs of the summer, ‘DTG Vol. 1’ featuring collaborations with Valentino Khan, Wiwek, and rapper Paul Wall. Additionally, 2015 releases like ‘Prison Riot’ with Flosstradamus and Lil’ Jon and ‘Intoxicated’ produced with Martin Solveig have been festival staples.
To go along with the tour, GTA are offering their remix of K Camp’s ‘Lil Bit’ for free. Bringing some hard hitting synths and snares that will be sure to make a crowd go wild, this track is a must add to any library.
