MAKJ launches his much awaited imprint ‘KENZ’, previews first single “Get Whoa”

After teasing it for a long time on his Facebook and Instagram, MAKJ has finally revealed his label, titled KENZ Records.

Since MAKJ announced on his social media profiles that his imprint was under development, the fans of the big room maestro have been waiting eagerly for its releases. Stating in an interview that he was frustrated on relying on other labels for his songs to be released and their “time consuming” marketing methods. Hence, leading to MAKJ creating his own record label so that he could release new music whenever he wanted, giving him musical freedom and flexibility for his material.

MAKJ finally announced the label’s name and also previewed a new track called “Get Whoa” featuring the vocalist/rapper “Fly Boi Keno.” who has also featured on Jack U’s song “Beats Knockin” as well as has also worked with Party Favor. And with MAKJ has also promising 20-30 songs to come out in waves on his label, let’s hope it continues on from his latest work.

MAKJ previewed a one minute clip of his song “Get Whoa” on his Soundcloud account keeping the drop of the song a mystery. The melody of the song is classic MAKJ with Fly Boi Keno’s short vocal fills. Cutting the drop of the preview has kept the fans on the edge of their seats and October 16th couldn’t come any sooner for them.
