Zipped and packed with ethereal melodies and spine-chilling vocals, we are back with the fourth edition of our Trance Rewind. This installment will be featuring some of the most talented artists from Britain and Netherlands. Featuring three great aliases, we can only hope this 5-track edition is your gateway to Trance Heaven. So with less talk and more music, we get ‘We Rave You – Trance Rewind #004’ underway.

1. System F – Underwater [2003]

Fantastic, Fabulous, Ferry. System F is a bag full of memories. This here is an absolute gem from Ferry Corsten’s System F moniker. Released on Avex Trax, the track belongs to the ‘Together’ album released in 2003. Oozes beauty from all corners!

2. The Space Brothers – Shine [1997]

UK trance group kicked off by Rick Simmonds and Stephen Jones, The Space Brothers are no strangers to the Trance scene of the past. ‘Shine’ was undoubtedly their most famous track and was also the name of their album from 1999. Featuring vocals from the wonderful Joanna Law, this track was also a ‘Pete Tong Essential New Tune’ when it was released! Still so fresh.

3. Jurgen Vries Featuring CMC – The Opera Song [2002]

English Record Producer and Disc Jockey Darren Tate’s Jurgen Vries alias often comes to mind when talking about some great Trance tracks. Here is one for the books as Darren combines forces with Welsh Star singer and songwriter Charlotte (Maria) Church, who is credited as CMC on the sleeve. Unreal vocals and melody that’s straight out of the top drawer!

4. Vincent De Moor – Fly Away [2000]

Melodic, mesmerizing and onward, we have the Dutch talent of Vincent De Moor showcasing his talent in ‘Fly Away’. The track went on to become Vincent De Moor’s most successful release. Featuring vocals from Esmee Bor Stotijn, the track is nothing less than an anthem. What a melody, so peppy!

5. Hidden Sound System – I Know [1999]

To love trance, is to love Benno De Goeij. The one artist who has been behind Rank 1, Kamaya Painters and Gaia and has constantly influenced artists with his infectious sound, here is another one of his aliases at work. Released on the In Trance We Trust imprint, ‘I Know’ is a journey, the sound of which is highly reminiscent of the 1999 era of Trance. A great track, by a great musician!
