TomorrowWorld Sends Out Only Partial Refunds to Attendees

Home News TomorrowWorld Sends Out Only Partial Refunds to Attendees

Right when people were somewhat starting to forgive TomorrowWorld for their muddy disaster during this year’s event, the festival’s management has angered its attendees even more. After leaving thousands of people stranded under terrible conditions in Chattahoochee Hills, TomorrowWorld issued a full refund to all of the attendees. However, it is now reported that while some people might have already received full refunds to their bank accounts, some of that money is being taken back. Those who had to experience the event’s mishap, receive another slap to their faces from an email saying –

“Hello,

You may have noticed on your credit card statement that you were refunded the full amount of your TomorrowWorld Full Madness Pass or Passes. In accordance with the TomorrowWorld Ticket Refund policy, found here, 1/3 of your ticket price will be refunded, not the entire amount. Since we refunded the full ticket price, we will now charge 2/3 of the ticket price separately again. We will strive to have both transactions be part of a single month’s statement so no additional action is required from your side.

We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may cause you.

If you have questions please do not hesitate to contact us via our online contact form.

Kind regards,

Paylogic”

To summarise, people who previously enjoyed a full refund, will now have two-thirds of that total amount taken away. One way or another, the organizers of the festival in Georgia would need some funds to stay afloat for upcoming year and this could well be the main reason behind this mix up. Unfortunately, this year’s attendees will just have to watch as their precious money slips through their fingers.
