Deadmau5 wipes out social media accounts, plans to kill off ‘Deadmau5’ brand

Joel Zimmerman aka Deadmau5 always seems to be the talk of the town for all the wrong reasons. Beginning December 16th, the Candian producer began posting a string of tweets claiming to self-destruct his world renowned brand. Not much later, he followed up on his ludicrous and seemingly frivolous statement, by deleting his Twitter activity all the way back till August. He stated:-

meh. considering killing off the “deadmau5” bullshit and just start something new. did it before, can do it again. f**k it. why not.

This was just an idea shot in the dark, until he tweeted the following, announcing the death of the Mau5 for good.
