Eric Prydz drops his final Beats One Mix of 2015, and we’re overjoyed

The final episode of Eric Prydz‘ Apple Music Beats One Mix for the year has officially been set upon us. And yet again we’re left fully satisfied, in awe and running out of ways to portray how impressed we are with the blend of quality, harmony and level of curation.

Partially compiled using the requests from fans earlier in the week, Eric Prydz does something a little special for his final Beats One Mix of the year. Using his interactions with fans, the tracklist for this set caters for the fan-favourite’s. A mix that aims to fully give back to the dedicated and devoted following the Swedish DJ/Producer has amounted.

The tracklist itself features an esteemed list of names and talent. One very few could rightfully combine, and one even fewer could pull off with such elegance and atmospheric unification. Artist’s such as Steve Angello, Axwell, Radiohead, Sébastien Léger, his alias’ Cirez D and Pryda are all brought together, alongside the legend himself. Characterised by long, layered, developments of tempo, melody and beat, the mix goes on to further prove the degree of class Eric carries with his work.

The set itself has also reignited Eric Prydz and Rob Swire’s collaboration. A combination of many EDM fans have only ever dreamed off until now. And with Pendulum’s lead man and progressive house’ master coming together, only good results can occur. Resurfacing once again online off the back of the latest Beats One Mix, 2016 has the makings of an even magnitude for Prydz.
