Steve Angello & Oliver Heldens set to bring BBC Radio 1 into 2016

BBC Radio One’s mix shows are some of the worlds most renowned. Combine them with some of the biggest names in the industry and you get a pretty potent mix of talent, class and timelessness.

With 2016 marking the conclusion of Skream’s 15-month residency on the UK radio station, brings with it a large opportunity for several others to join the illustrious list of mixers. Meet your 2016 line-up:

With free reign to produce whatever they please between the hours of 10pm to Midnight, or Midnight to 1am, the members of the list above really do get to execute a mix that reflects their tastes, influences, productions and talent.

Steve Angello: “Not a day has gone by without me thinking about the show, I’m ready for a new year with some incredible new music! Let’s get on this journey on January 21st!”

Oliver Heldens: “I’m really honoured that from now on I have my own Residency on BBC Radio 1! I hope you all tune in and listen every month”
