Among the freshest crop of artists to come up from the land down under, Perth based DJ/Producer WasteLand has undoubtedly established himself as one who is here to stay. With production versatility in his back pocket and armed with a ‘multi-genre’ artist persona, he’s impressed with his output, be it on the labels or on stage. Last featured on our website for his melodically captivating number ‘Three Years‘, he now returns with an exclusive premiere for his next track ‘Pasadena’ on Aussie label and co-founder of the famous Stereosonic Festival, Onelove records.

Featuring hard-hitting sounds and a well crafted track design, there is little compromise in the quality of the production. Laced with a rather mysterious vocal snippet, seemingly straight out of a sci-fi movie, entwined with a enchanting melody which is extremely reminiscent of the sounds that would feature in an SHM concert, the track is full package. Tempo changes, start-stop buildups and a raw feel in it’s entirety, it almost seems set for the biggest main-stages and for the most exclusive playlists.
