Skrillex hosts first episode of OWSLA Radio on Beats 1

With the recent release of OWSLA’s 16-track compilation, ‘OWSLA Worldwide Broadcast’, Skrillex’ label is certainly off to a hot start this year. In addition to this collection of tracks, Skrillex has just hosted the very first episode of OWSLA Radio on Beats 1. Joining a formidable set of artist residencies including the likes of Eric Prydz, Major Lazer, Drake, and Dr. Dre, Skrillex adds another accomplishment to his highly successful career with OWSLA’s newly established radio show.

The mix kicks off with Skrillex’ electrifying remix of GTA’s track “Red Lips” and the energy never diminished until the end. Numerous OWSLA releases are played throughout the two-hour show, such as Getter & Ghastly’s “666”, Miija’s remix of DJ Snake’s “Middle”, Poupon & Bixel Boys’ “I Ain’t Your Girl”, and Alvin Risk’s “Dream Time”. Skrillex plays a few of his own tracks as well, including his collaboration with YOGI, “Burial”, his new release with MUST DIE! titled “VIP’s”, and to finish the mix off, he plays his new track with Team EZY called “Pretty Bye Bye”.
